Halo Member Indodax,
Kami segenap karyawan dan manajemen Indodax mengucapkan Selamat Hari Raya Natal 2018 dan Tahun Baru 2019 untuk seluruh member Indodax yang merayakan. Semoga pada Natal dan tahun 2019 kita semua diberi kesehatan dan kesejahteraan oleh Yang Maha Kuasa.
Dikarenakan adanya hari libur bank sehubungan dengan adanya cuti bersama, libur Hari Raya Natal dan Tahun baru 2019, maka akan ada penyesuaian terhadap beberapa aktifitas sebagai berikut :
1. Deposit dan Withdraw Rupiah dengan nominal diatas Rp 25.000.000,- yang kami terima mulai :
– Tanggal 21 Desember 2018 pukul 10.00 WIB s.d 26 Desember 2018 pukul 08.00 WIB akan diproses mulai tanggal 26 Desember 2018 pukul 08.00 WIB;
– Tanggal 28 Desember 2018 pukul 10.00 WIB s.d 2 Januari 2019 pukul 08.00 WIB akan diproses mulai tanggal 3 Januari 2019 pukul 09.00 WIB.
2. Deposit dan Withdraw Rupiah dengan nominal dibawah Rp 25.000.000,- tetap berjalan seperti biasa.
3. Deposit dan Withdraw Rupiah menggunakan voucher dan partner exchanger Indodax tetap berjalan sesuai dengan ketentuan masing-masing partner exchanger.
4. Seluruh transaksi jual/beli dan deposit/withdraw aset digital tetap berjalan seperti biasa
5. Seluruh kantor Indodax libur pada tanggal 24 – 25 Desember 2018 dan 1 – 2 Januari 2019.

Hello Indodax Member,
Indodax staff and management wish you Merry Christmas and Happy New Year for all our members who celebrate it. Hopefully on this Christmas and whole year ahead we will all be given health and welfare by the Almighty.
Regarding bank joint leave, Christmas holiday and New Year, we have several adjustments as follow:
1. Rupiah deposit and withdraw more than 25,000,000,- IDR from :
– 21 December 2018 at 10.00AM (UTC+7) until 26 Desember 2108 at 08.00AM (UTC+7) will be processed from 26 December 2018 at 08.00AM (UTC+7)
– 28 December 2018 at 10.00AM (UTC+7) until 2 January 2019 at 08.00AM (UTC+7) will be processed from 3 January 2019 at 09.00AM (UTC+7)
2. Rupiah deposit and withdraw less than 25,000,000,- IDR will proceed as usual.
3. Rupiah deposit and withdraw via voucher and official Indodax exchanger partners will be processed based on each exchanger partners term.
4. All buy/sell and deposit/withdraw digital asset will continue as usual
5. All Indodax offices are off on 24 – 25 December 2018 and 1 – 2 January 2019.
