Our Story
Indodax is a technology-based company that brings together the largest crypto asset sellers and buyers in Indonesia with more than 2 million members, trading more than 60 types of crypto assets, and 10 million monthly visitors.
Indodax acts as a platform that brings together sellers and buyers of crypto assets easily and quickly. Equipped with an order book that can be accessed by all users, Indodax makes it very easy for your trading activities with price updates that are updated in real-time.
Indodax was founded in 2014 and has been registered with the Commodity Futures Trading Supervisory Agency (BAPPEBTI). INDODAX is the first crypto asset marketplace company in Indonesia to get two international certifications at once. The two ISOs received by INDODAX simultaneously are 9001: 2015 and 27001: 2013.With the recognition of the Indonesian government and international standardization they get, this indicates that INDODAX is a trusted crypto asset investment platform company.

Bio Executives
Oscar Darmawan graduated from Monash University on 2006 with a double degree in Information Technology and System and holds a certificate in Internet Security from EC-Council USA (Certified Ethical Hacker).
In 2013 along with his best friend, Mr. William Sutanto he founded Bitcoin Indonesia, nowadays known as Indodax, Indonesia bitcoin and crypto asset exchange which currently facilitates more than 90 crypto asset project trading for more than 2,1 million members.
Acting as the CEO and the Co-Founder of PT Indodax Nasional Indonesia, he is in charge of the company operation, blockchain technology education in Indonesia and public relations for the company.
William Sutanto, more than 16 years experience in technology information development initiated the establishment of Bitcoin.co.id which then became Indodax. He founded the company with his best friend, Mr Oscar Darmawan. Currently, he served as Chief Technology Officer in Indodax. As like Mr Oscar Darmawan, he is also known as an important figure in blockchain in Indonesia.
