With the year end is right around the corner, INDODAX is back with Trading Warrior 2022, a trading competition with a total prize of tens of millions of Rupiah that will be held from December 1st, 2022 to January 9th, 2023.

Let’s join Trading Warrior 2022! The terms and conditions are below:

These general terms and conditions (“T&C”) are terms, procedures, and conditions regarding participation in the Trading Warrior 2022, organized by PT INDODAX Nasional Indonesia (“INDODAX”), as part of INDODAX general terms and conditions;

Before participating in the Trading Warrior 2022 competition, you are advised to read carefully the entire contents of this T&C. By registering for the competition, you declare that you have READ, UNDERSTOOD, COMPREHENDED, RECOGNIZED, AGREED, and ACCEPTED to be effective and legally bound by all of the terms and conditions set forth in this T&C.

INDODAX may revise and/or update this T&C periodically in its absolute discretion. Any changes to the terms will apply on the date that they are made and it is your responsibility to check these T&C periodically for changes. In the event that you do not consent and agree to the revision and/or updated T&C, you must cancel your registration for the competition. INDODAX cannot and will not be liable for your failure to review and approve to the revision and/or update of this T&C.

Terms and Conditions of the Trading Warrior 2022 cCompetition:

DEFINITION:

1. Email is an email registered on an INDODAX account as Verified Member and has gone through registration process for the Trading Warrior 2022 competition;
2. Competition is the Trading Warrior 2022 competition organized by INDODAX and is subject to this T&C;
3. Know-Your-Customer (“KYC”) Principles is an assessment process of prospective Members and current Members to find out the background and good faith of the actions to be carried out in a Crypto Asset trading activity, in this case included in the assessment process of the participants of the Trading Warrior 2022 competition;
4. Member is a person (an individual who has registered on the INDODAX platform, thus obtaining authorization from the INDODAX platform to carry out Crypto Asset trading, and can carry out the registration process for the Trading Warrior 2022 competition;
5. Registration is a process of registering to be a participant in the Trading Warrior 2022 competition, which is part of the initial verification in obtaining information and statements as participants;
6. Bank Account is a bank account registered by a Verified Member that carry the same name between the name of the account holder and the name of the Verified Member as a competition participant;

8. Additional Verification is the process of evaluating participants and information related to participants, including but not limited to ensuring personal data and information included in the registration process to be validated by INDODAX in the validity of Verified Members participation in the Trading Warrior 2022 Competition;
9. Verified Member is a member who has gone through and completed and validated in the verification and/or additional verification process carried out by INDODAX.

REGISTRATION

1. Participants of the Trading Warrior 2022 competition are INDODAX Members who have been verified and have an INDODAX account and are subject to the INDODAX T&C, where 1 (one) member can only process 1 (one) email registration, 1 (one) mobile phone number, and 1 (one) identity card and other legal documents required in the registration process in accordance with the INDODAX T&C;
2.   Participants are Indonesian citizens.
3. Participants of the Trading Warrior 2022 competition are required to register for the competition via the link: bit.ly/TradingWarriorNov2022
4. The Trading Warrior 2022 competition registration period opens on 11-11-2022 (eleventh of November two thousand and twenty-two) at 00.01 WIB (UTC+7) and closes on 30-11-2022 (thirtieth of November two thousand and twenty-two) at 24.00 WIB (UTC+7).

TRADING WARRIOR 2022 COMPETITION MECHANISM

1. The Trading Warrior 2022 competition period starts on 1-12-22 (the first of December two thousand and twenty-two) at 00.01 WIB (UTC+7) and closes on 9-1-2023 (the ninth of January two thousand and twenty-three);
2. Calculation of the trading volume only applies to trading with Rupiah (IDR) pairing;
3. Trading on the stable coin market will not be included in the competition and its trading volume will not be taken into account in the competition.

WINNING TERMS OF THE TRADING WARRIOR 2022 COMPETITION

1. Leaderboards of the INDODAX Trading Warrior 2022 will be published on official Instagram account @INDODAX andnewsletter email INDODAX;
2. Winners are determined based on the  trading volume during the Trading Warrior 2022 competition period;
3. Winners will be announced and will be contacted no later than 5 (five) working days after the event ends via the registered email, and if necessary, INDODAX reserves the right to carry out additional verification to ensure the accuracy of winners’ data and information, including but not limited to sending KTP, NPWP, and account number;
4. If the confirmation process of a winner cannot be carried out by either they cannot be contacted and/or cannot complete additional verification within 3 (three) working days after being contacted, the winner will be deemed void and the prize will be forfeited;
5. A participant can only win this competition once (one time).

PRIZES OF THE TRADING WARRIOR 2022 COMPETITION 

1. A total of 3 (three) participants will be selected and declared as winners with prizes as followed;

• The first winner will get IDR 30,000,000 
• The second winner will get IDR 20,000,000 
• The favorite winner based on the highest ROI will get IDR 10,000,000

2. Prizes will be distributed no later than 2 (two) weeks after the winner has completed the additional confirmation and verification process;
3. Prizes will be distributed through a registered account number in the name of the winner who has been verified and declared a Verified Member and approved by INDODAX, in accordance with this T&C and INDODAX T&C;
4. Tax of the prizes will be borne by INDODAX.

OTHERS

1. Employees and family members of INDODAX employees are ineligible to participate in the Trading Warrior 2022 competition.
2. INDODAX management’s decisions are final and cannot be contested.

THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE TRADING WARRIOR 2022 COMPETITION ARE PART OF INDODAX’S GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS THAT HAVE BEEN CONSTRUED IN LAW.
