In commemoration of Indonesian Election Day on February 14th, 2024, here is information about adjustments to INDODAX services:
- IDR deposit transactions can still be processed as usual if the funds have been transferred to INDODAX. Use real-time transfer to avoid the operational times during the Indonesian Election Day 2024.
- Withdrawal transactions using the BI Fast & Online network remain normal up to a nominal value of IDR 250,000,000.
- Withdrawal transactions through RTGS and LLG made on Wednesday, February 14th, 2024, will be processed on Thursday, February 15th, 2024.
