GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

On Chain Trading Battle February 2026

Period: 2 Feb 2026 – 28 Feb 2026

The General Terms and Conditions (“GTC”) written herein are guidelines, notices, and rules regarding the terms, procedures, and conditions for participants in the “On Chain Trading Battle” Trading Competition organized by PT Indodax Nasional Indonesia (“INDODAX”).

Before participating in the “On Chain Trading Battles” Trading Competition, you are advised to carefully read the entire contents of the Terms and Conditions. By registering for this competition, you declare that you have READ, UNDERSTOOD, ACKNOWLEDGED, OBSERVED, AGREED TO, and ACCEPTED all the terms and conditions contained in these Terms and Conditions, which are effective and legally binding;

INDODAX may make changes and/or replace this SKU periodically. The revised version will be effective on the date of publication and you are responsible for reviewing this SKU from time to time. If you do not agree with these changes and/or replacements to the SKU, you are required to cancel your competition registration. INDODAX is not responsible for your failure to review and approve these changes and/or replacements to the SKU.

The terms and conditions for the “On Chain Trading Battles” trading competition are as follows:

DEFINITION

1. Email is an email registered on an INDODAX account as Verified Member and has gone through registration process for the On Chain Trading Battle;
2. Business Day is a day (other than Saturday or Sunday or national holidays) when a commercial bank carries out its operational activities in Jakarta, Indonesia;
3. Competition is the On Chain Trading Battle organized by INDODAX and is subject to this T&C;
4. Know Your Customer Principles (“KYC”) is an assessment process of prospective Members and Members to find out the background and good faith of the actions to be carried out in a Crypto Asset trading activity, in this case included in the assessment process of the participants of the On Chain Trading Battle;
5. Member is a person (an individual who has registered on the INDODAX platform, thus obtaining authorization from the INDODAX platform to carry out Crypto Asset trading, and can carry out the registration process for the On Chain Trading Battle;

7. Verified Member is a member who has gone through and completed and validated in the Verification process carried out by INDODAX.

COMPETITION PARTICIPANTS

1. Participants in the ‘On Chain Trading Battle’ competition are Verified INDODAX Members who have been verified and have an INDODAX account, and are subject to the INDODAX Terms of Service (TOS). Each member can only register one email address, one mobile phone number, and one identification card (KTP for Indonesian citizens and Passport for foreign citizens), as well as other legal documents required for the registration process in accordance with the INDODAX TOS;
2. The ‘On Chain Trading Battle’ competition is open to all verified INDODAX members who have been verified without needing to register.
3. The ‘On Chain Trading Battle’ competition can only be participated in by Individual Members and cannot be participated in by market makers and institutions;
4. The Trading Match Competition can only be participated in by Indonesian citizens. You will automatically become a participant in the competition without having to register.

COMPETITION MECHANISM

1. The “On Chain Trading Battle” trading competition period begins on February 2, 2025 (two February twenty-twenty-six) at 00:01 WIB and closes on February 28, 2026 (twenty-eight February twenty-twenty-six) at 24:00 WIB; 
2. Trading volume calculations only apply to trading with the Rupiah (IDR) pairing, and there is no minimum trading volume;
3. Trading in the stablecoin market is not included in the competition, and this trading volume is not counted toward the competition.

WINNING TERMS OF THE COMPETITION

1. Leaderboard Kompetisi Trading “On Chain Trading Battle” INDODAX akan dipublikasikan melalui official Instagram @indodax dan e-mail newsletter INDODAX;
2. Pemenang ditentukan berdasarkan volume trading tertinggi selama periode Kompetisi Trading ‘’On Chain Trading Battle’’ ini berlangsung;
3. Pemenang akan diumumkan dan dihubungi selambat-lambatnya 7 (tujuh) hari kerja setelah kompetisi berakhir melalui alamat e-mail terdaftar, dan apabila diperlukan, INDODAX berhak melakukan verifikasi tambahan untuk memastikan kebenaran data dan informasi pemenang, tidak terbatas pada pengiriman KTP dan NPWP;
4. Apabila pemenang tidak dapat dikonfirmasi, tidak dapat dihubungi dan/atau tidak dapat menyelesaikan verifikasi tambahan dalam waktu 7 (tujuh) hari kerja setelah dihubungi, maka pemenang dianggap gugur dan hadiah dianggap hangus;
5. The winner can only win the competition once.

PRIZES OF THE COMPETITION

1. A total of 5 (five) participants will be declared winners with prizes are as follow:
   – First winner will get a prize of 1 iPhone 17 Pro
   – Second  winner will get a prize of 1 iPad Macbook Air M4 Chip
   – Third winner will get 1 iPad Air M3 11 Inch
   – Prizes will be distributed to each winner’s address no later than 30 (thirty) business days after the winner completes the additional confirmation and verification process;
2. Tax of the prizes will be borne by INDODAX.

OTHERS

1. Employees and family members of INDODAX employees are ineligible to participate in the On Chain Trading Battle.
2. Decisions of the management of INDODAX are final and cannot be contested.
