Invest faster, easier, and more securely in your #AsetMasaDepan on INDODAX with the login feature using Passkey, which eliminates the need for passwords and email addresses.
The Passkey feature is now available on the website and mobile app.
How to Register the Passkey Login Feature via the INDODAX App:
- Open the INDODAX app (Android or iOS version) and select the “Account Security” menu on the “Account Settings” page.
- On the “Account Security” page, select the “Passkey” option.
- Select “Create Passkey”.
- Complete the Biometric Authentication process until successful.
- If the Passkey Authentication process is successful, your Passkey will be registered.
- Note: If you register more than 1 Passkey, you will need to perform an additional verification.
How to Use the Passkey Login Feature via the INDODAX App:
- Open the INDODAX app (Android or iOS version), select the “Continue with Passkey” option, and tap “Continue”.
- Perform authentication until successful.
- After the Authentication process, you will need to perform 2FA verification via your phone number.
- If the 2FA verification process is successful, you will successfully log in and arrive at the Homepage
How to Use the Passkey Login Feature via the INDODAX Website
- Open the INDODAX website and select the “Continue with Passkey” option.
- Solve the Captcha challenge.
- Select the “Use a phone or tablet” option.
Note: Turn on Bluetooth to use the Passkey feature.
- Scan the displayed Barcode using your Mobile Device.
- Scan the Passkey barcode via the mobile device and select the “Log in with Passkey” option.
- Tap “Continue” and perform authentication until successful.
- Perform 2FA verification via your phone number on the INDODAX website.
- If the 2FA verification process is successful, you will arrive at the Homepage.
