Know Your Customer (KYC) is a security feature required to verify a user’s account before starting transactions.

Why is KYC important to you?

1. Prevent account theft and fraudulent actions
2. To be able to deposit IDR or withdraw assets
3. To be able to buy and sell crypto assets on INDODAX
4. As a step to verify your INDODAX account

Starting on May 24th, 2022, all INDODAX members who have not completed the Know Your Customer process cannot trade, deposit, and withdraw crypto assets on INDODAX.

Complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) process to make EASY and SECURE transactions at INDODAX.
