In line with this commitment, and as part of our efforts to maintain service quality, the integrity of the trading system, and consumer protection, INDODAX has decided to delist the following crypto assets ROOT, KIN, SHAN, ATT, ORC, OMG, XEM, MILK, DAI, & EFI, which will take place on Friday, May 15th, 2026, at 2 PM (UTC+7).
Please note the following information:
- Crypto assets ROOT, KIN, SHAN, ATT, ORC, OMG, XEM, MILK, DAI, & EFI trading will be suspended starting Friday, May 15th, 2026, at 2 PM (UTC+7).
- Closing Market and Deposit Access: ROOT, KIN, SHAN, ATT, ORC, OMG, XEM, MILK, DAI, & EFI trading and deposit access will officially close on Friday, May 15th, 2026, at 2 PM (UTC+7)
- Asset Withdrawals: Members can still withdraw ROOT, KIN, SHAN, ATT, ORC, OMG, XEM, MILK, DAI, & EFI assets until Monday, June 15th, 2026.
- Crypto Asset Settlement: If any crypto assets remain unwithdrawn after the withdrawal deadline, Indodax will handle the settlement of these assets in accordance with its General Terms and Conditions, with due consideration to technical, operational, and regulatory requirements. Therefore, we strongly encourage members to transfer their assets to a personal wallet or another platform within the specified period.
