Due to the recent security incident involving Humanity (H) and Taiko (TAIKO), INDODAX has temporarily suspended deposit and withdrawal services for both assets until further notice.
Regarding the Humanity (H) asset, INDODAX has supported the ongoing smart contract migration process and is coordinating with the Humanity team to acquire a new token. Humanity (H) deposit and withdrawal services will reopen on the Ethereum network once the migration process is complete. INDODAX members are not required to take any action during this process.
Meanwhile, for the Taiko (TAIKO) asset, deposit and withdrawal services will reopen as soon as possible after INDODAX receives official confirmation from the Taiko development team that the service can safely resume.
Please note that the handling of this incident may experience delays due to unforeseen factors. We appreciate the patience and understanding of INDODAX members and will provide further updates as soon as they are available.
