The Direct Transfer BCA Feature is Available for All INDODAX Users

Hello INDODAX members,

Enjoy the benefits of ‘Direct Transfer BCA’ feature for all INDODAX members who use INDODAX website or Android and iOS devices by updating INDODAX application to the latest version.

Attention:

• ‘BCA Direct Transfer’ feature on INDODAX website and application can be enjoyed for free, without transfer fees between BCA bank accounts, and INDODAX does not charge any transfer fees
• The bank account number of the sender and account owner must use the same identity in the INDODAX account to avoid transfer rejection. If a different identity occurs and a transfer is rejected, a refund will be processed within 3×24 hours
• Deposits through ‘BCA Direct Transfer’ feature can only be made through banking methods (BCA bank accounts or other bank accounts). INDODAX members are not allowed to use other methods (E-Wallet, Retail, etc.)
• 1 (one) deposit request is only valid for 1 (one) transfer. If INDODAX members want to make more than 1 (one) deposit, members must repeat the deposit process from the beginning and use a new unique code
• If INDODAX members do not complete the deposit process via ‘Direct Transfer BCA’ feature within 1×24 hours, the system will automatically cancel the deposit process. INDODAX members have to start the process from the beginning again to make a deposit

After updating to the latest INDODAX application, members can complete these steps below to use BCA Direct Transfer feature everytime members would like to do deposit:

1. Open INDODAX App
   
2. Select the ‘Deposit’ menu or select the “Rupiah” menu then select “Deposit”
   
   
3. Choose the BCA Deposit method
   
4. Enter the nominal deposit according to the conditions, then select “Continue”
   
5. Next, you will get a Pop-Up then select “Continue Payment”
   
6. After that a BCA Payment Instruction Display will appear, click “View Payment Status”
   
7. If you click “View Payment Status” awaiting for payment feature will appear
   
8. You can confirm payment through the ‘Payment Confirmation’ feature in ‘Payment Details’
   
9. If the funds have successfully entered the account, a display like this will appear
