With this biometric security feature, you can record your face or fingerprint as a Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), in addition to using SMS or Google Authenticator. This feature can increase your account security and safeguard your assets more effectively.

To activate the biometric authentication feature on INDODAX Mobile App, follow the steps below:

1. Open INDODAX Mobile App
   
   
2. Go to Account Settings menu
   

3. Click “Account Security”
   

4. Select “Biometric Access” to activate the biometric security feature
   

5. Enter your PIN on INDODAX Mobile App
   

6. Enter the OTP code delivered through Missed Call or SMS method to your registered phone number
   

7. The biometric feature has been successfully activated on your INDODAX Mobile App
   
   

Now, you can use the biometric security feature to login to your INDODAX account or to withdraw assets through the INDODAX Mobile App.
