In observance of Ascension Day, we would like to inform you of adjustments to the deposit and withdrawal service at INDODAX from May 14th to 15th, 2026.

Deposit

• Virtual Account & Direct Deposit:

• • • Transfer via online & BI FAST is normal
    • Transfers via LLG/SKN/RTGS are subject to Bank Indonesia operational hours.

• E-wallet: * normal

Withdrawal

• • BCA, Mandiri, BNI, BRI, CIMB, Permata, and Sahabat Sampoerna: * instant/realtime (all denominations)

• Other Bank:

• • Instant/real-time up to 250 million rupiah
  • *Estimated withdrawal times may change depending on the bank used.
  • Amounts above 250 million rupiah are settled via RTGS, which operates according to Bank Indonesia’s hours.

Notes:
RTGS & LLG transfers will not be available from May 14th to 15th, 2026, due to Bank Indonesia’s operational hours, and will be processed again on Monday, May 18th, 2026.
