Hello INDODAX Members,
In connection with the delisting of Mantra (OM) on December 18, 2025, as reported in a previous blog post, INDODAX is providing further notification to users who still hold Mantra (OM) assets in their INDODAX wallets.
As a follow-up to the system adjustments to the changes in the Mantra (OM) asset network, INDODAX will facilitate the automatic migration of assets from the ERC-20 network to the Mainnet network through the INDODAX system. Here are some important things to know:
- Discontinuation of Mantra (OM) ERC-20 Network Withdrawals: Withdrawal access for Mantra (OM) coins via the ERC-20 network will officially close on Monday, January 12, 2026, at 2:00 PM WIB.
- Automatic Migration Process: All Mantra (OM) asset balances held up to this date will be automatically migrated to the Mainnet network by INDODAX from January 12, 2:00 PM WIB to January 22, 2026, 2:00 PM WIB.
During this period, INDODAX Members’ Mantra (OM) balances will remain recorded and secure in the INDODAX system, but cannot be transferred until the migration process is complete.
- Mainnet Network Reopening: Once the entire migration process is complete, INDODAX will reopen the Mantra (OM) asset withdrawal feature using the Mainnet network, starting January 22, 2026, at 2:00 PM WIB.
- Post-Delisting Deposit & Refund Policy: We would like to inform you that INDODAX cannot process the migration to the Mainnet network for ERC-20 Mantra (OM) assets received through deposits after the delisting date, December 18, 2025, at 2:00 PM WIB.
If a Member deposits Mantra (OM) on the ERC-20 network after this time, the asset will not be processed for migration. However, INDODAX Members can request a refund by contacting INDODAX Customer Service or by creating a support ticket through the official INDODAX Customer Service channel.
