It is imperative to note that such unauthorized access typically originates from security vulnerabilities on the user’s side, including but not limited to:
- Malware: Malicious software infiltrating a member’s personal device.
- Phishing: Deceptive schemes utilizing fraudulent links that mimic official websites to illicitly obtain credentials.
- Social Engineering: Psychological manipulation intended to deceive users into disclosing confidential information (such as OTP codes or passwords) to unauthorized parties.
INDODAX strongly advises all members to consistently maintain Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) and strictly refrain from disclosing personal data to any individual, including those claiming to represent INDODAX.
