Here are the terms and conditions for the August 2023 Tanding Trading Competition:

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Tanding Trading October 2023
Period: October 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023

General terms and conditions (“T&C”) are terms, procedures, and conditions regarding participation in the Tanding Trading held by PT. Indodax Nasional Indonesia (“INDODAX”), as part of INDODAX general terms and conditions;

Before participating in the Tanding Trading, you are advised to read carefully the entire contents of this T&C. Then you declare that you have READ, UNDERSTOOD, COMPREHENDED, RECOGNIZED, AGREED and ACCEPTED all terms and conditions stated in this T&C and be effectively and legally bound by all of the terms and conditions set forth in this T&C;

INDODAX may revise and/or update this T&C periodically at its discretion. Any changes to the terms will apply on the date that they are made, and it is your responsibility to check these T&C periodically for changes. In the event that you do not consent and agree to the revision and/or updated T&C, you must cancel your for the Competition. INDODAX cannot and will not be liable for your failure to review and approve the revision and/or update of this T&C.

Terms and Conditions of the Tanding Trading are as follows:

DEFINITION

1. Email is an email registered on an INDODAX account as a Verified Member and has gone through the registration process for the Tanding Trading;
2. Business Day is a day (other than Saturday or Sunday or national holidays) when a commercial bank carries out its operational activities in Jakarta, Indonesia;
3. Competition is the Tanding Trading organized by INDODAX and is subject to this T&C;
4. Know Your Customer Principles (“KYC”) is an assessment process of prospective Members and Members to find out the background and good faith of the actions to be carried out in a Crypto Asset trading activity, in this case, included in the assessment process of the participants of the Tanding Trading;
5. Member is a person (an individual who has registered on the INDODAX platform, thus obtaining authorization from the INDODAX platform to carry out Crypto Asset trading, and can carry out the registration process for the Tanding Trading;

7. Verified Member is a member who has gone through and completed and validated the Verification process carried out by INDODAX.

Competition Participants

1. Participants of the Tanding Trading Competition are INDODAX Members who have been verified and have an INDODAX account and are subject to the INDODAX T&C, where 1 (one) member can only process 1 (one) e-mail registration, 1 (one) mobile phone number, and 1 (one) identity card and other legal documents required in the registration process in accordance with the INDODAX T&C;
2. Participants of the Tanding Trading Competition are all verified INDODAX Members without any registration process needed.
3. Participants of the Trading Competition are divided into 2 (two) categories: Regular Member Category and Priority Member Category;  
4. Trading Competition Participants are required to take part in the Competition according to the last Category in the current Competition period
5. The Tanding Trading competition can only be participated by Indonesian Citizens.

Tanding Trading COMPETITION MECHANISM

1. The 1 (one) Month Trading Competition period starts on October 1, 2023, at 00:00 WIB and ends on October 31, 2023, for a winner in that Competitions Period;
2. The 3 (three) Month Trading Competition period starts on October 1, 2023, at 00:00 WIB and ends on December 31, 2023, for a winner in the 3 (three) month Period;
3. The trading volume calculation applies to trading in all pairings, and the trading volume is calculated from the beginning of the competition;
4. For trading in the USDT pairing, it will be calculated based on the estimated Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) value.

WINNING TERMS OF THE Tanding Trading  

1. INDODAX Tanding Trading leaderboard will be posted on @INDODAX official Instagram account and published on the INDODAX newsletter email;
2. Participants will be divided into 2 (two) categories, namely the regular category and the priority category;
3. Winners are determined based on trading volume and fastest trading during the Trading Competitive Competition period for a 1 (one) Month Period prize ;
4. Winners are determined based on the highest trading volume during the 3 (three) Month Period for the main prize;
5. Winners will be announced and contacted no later than 7 (seven) Working Days after the event ends via registered email, and if necessary, INDODAX has the right to carry out additional verification to ensure the correctness of the winner’s data and information, including but not limited to sending KTP and NPWP;
6. If the winner cannot be confirmed, either cannot be contacted and/or cannot complete additional verification within 5 (five) Business Days after being contacted, then the winner is considered disqualified, and the prize is considered forfeited;
7. Winners can only win this competition 1 (one) time and 1 (one) Category in the Trading Match Competition. Example: If a regular or priority member wins the fastest and highest volume category, the member is entitled to a larger prize, and other categories will be given to members below them.
8. Winners can only win this competition 1 (one) time for the main prize during the competition period.

PRIZES OF THE Tanding Trading

Monthly Winners Category Priority Category:

1. A total of 1 (one) winner will be declared and decided as the winner, provided that the Participant has the highest trading volume in the 1 (one) month period and is entitled to receive IDR 10,000,000 (Ten Million Rupiah) in the form of USDT;
2. A total of 1 (one) winner will be declared and decided as the winner with the condition of achieving the fastest trading volume of IDR 20,000,000,000 (Twenty Billion Rupiah) for a period of 1 (one) month and is entitled to receive IDR 5,000,000 (Five Million Rupiah ) in USDT;
3. Prizes will be distributed to the respective winners’ USDT wallets no later than 30 (thirty) business days after the winners complete the confirmation and additional verification process (if necessary);
4. Tax on prizes will be borne by INDODAX.

Regular Category:

1. A total of 1 (one) winner will be declared and decided as the winner provided that the Participant has the highest trading volume in the 1 (one) month period and is entitled to receive IDR 2,000,000 (Two Million Rupiah) in the form of USDT;
2. A total of 1 (one) winner will be declared and decided as the winner with the condition of achieving the fastest trading volume of IDR 4,000,000,000 (Four Billion Rupiah) for a period of 1 (one) month and is entitled to IDR 1,000,000 (One Million Rupiah) in USDT;
3. Prizes will be distributed to each winner’s USDT wallet no later than 30 (thirty) Business Days after the winner completes the confirmation and additional verification process (if necessary);
4. Tax on prizes will be borne by INDODAX.

Grand Prize for the Trading Competition

Priority Category:

1. Holiday Voucher prize for top 10 INDODAX Priority members who achieve the highest trading volume during the Tanding Trading period from October 1, 2023 – December 31, 2023 (3 Months) are as follows:
   – First Winner will get Rp30,000,000 in the form of a Holiday Voucher
   – Second Winner will get Rp20,000,000 in the form of a Holiday Voucher
   – Third Winner will get Rp10,000,000 in the form of a Holiday Voucher
   – Fourth Winner will get Rp5,000,000 in the form of a Holiday Voucher
   – Fifth Winner will get Rp5,000,000 in the form of a Holiday Voucher
   – Sixth Winner will get Rp5,000,000 in the form of a Holiday Voucher
   – Seventh Winner will get Rp5,000,000 in the form of a Holiday Voucher
   – Eighth Winner will get Rp5,000,000 in the form of a Holiday Voucher
   – Ninth Winner will get Rp5,000,000 in the form of a Holiday Voucher
   – Tenth Winner will get Rp5,000,000 in the form of a Holiday Voucher
   
2. Tax on prizes will be borne by INDODAX;

Regular Category:

1. Holiday Voucher prize for top 10 Regular INDODAX members who achieve the highest trading volume during the Tanding Trading period from October 1, 2023 – December 31, 2023 (3 Months) are as follows:
   – First Winner will get Rp7,500,000 in the form of a Holiday Voucher
   – Second Winner will get Rp5,000,000 in the form of a Holiday Voucher
   – Third Winner will get Rp2,000,000 in the form of a Holiday Voucher
   – Fourth Winner will get Rp1,500,000 in the form of a Holiday Voucher
   – Fifth Winner will get Rp1,500,000 in the form of a Holiday Voucher
   – Sixth Winner will get Rp1,500,000 in the form of a Holiday Voucher
   – Seventh Winner will get Rp1,500,000 in the form of a Holiday Voucher
   – Eighth Winner will get Rp1,500,000 in the form of a Holiday Voucher
   – Ninth Winner will get Rp1,500,000 in the form of a Holiday Voucher
   – Tenth Winner will get Rp1,500,000 in the form of a Holiday Voucher
   
2. Tax on prizes will be borne by INDODAX. 

OTHERS 

1. Employees and family members of INDODAX employees are ineligible to participate in the Tanding Trading.
2. Prize conditions are subject to change at any time and are not disputable.
3. General Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time and are not disputable.
4. Decisions of the management of INDODAX are final and cannot be contested.
