Hello INDODAX Members,
Starting April 11th, 2023, some ETH addresses on INDODAX wallet will change. This is due to regular upgrades done by the INDODAX team. Therefore, to ensure the upgrade process runs smoothly we need to notify our members regarding few things below:
- On April 4th and April 11th, 2023 there will be Blockchain Infrastructure Upgrade for 1 (one) hour from 10.00 to 11.00 WIB.
- The upgrade process will affect INDODAX members who own ETH, BNB, ETHW assets and all assets on the Matic Network, ERC20, and BEP20.
- Please note that ETH address change will only affect some INDODAX Members, therefore, we strongly encourage all INDODAX Members to always check every time you make a wallet address before making deposits on INDODAX account to ensure it is the correct wallet address.
The upgrade mentioned above will affect all INDODAX Members. Below are the detailed timeline that you need to take heed of:
After all the Blockchain Infrastructure Upgrade process is done on April 11th, 2023, all activities that still use the old ETH wallet address and experience issues can be reported through INDODAX Customer Support, we will assist you in solving them in line with the terms and conditions that apply according to INDODAX regulations.
