Terima kasih telah berpartisipasi dalam program Community Coin Voting yang ke IV. Sebagai bagian dari komitmen Indodax dalam memberikan kesempatan pada komunitas untuk ikut berpartisipasi memilih aset digital yang ingin ditransaksikan. Community Coin Voting periode V hadir kembali di Indodax.

PERATURAN MENGENAI COMMUNITY COIN VOTING PERIODE V:

PENDAFTARAN ASET DIGITAL

1. Pendaftaran aset digital hanya bisa dilakukan oleh member Indodax yang sudah terverifikasi.
2. Untuk mendaftarkan aset digital dalam program ini, diperlukan 100 TEN per aset digital yang didaftarkan dan akan dipotong dari saldo member pada saat melakukan pendaftaran coin/token tersebut.
3. Member pendaftar wajib menjaminkan sejumlah TEN sebagai security deposit, yang jumlahnya bisa ditentukan sendiri oleh pendaftar saat melakukan pendaftaran.
4. Aset digital yang bisa didaftarkan adalah:

• Project yang tidak melanggar peraturan yang berlaku di Indonesia
• Minimal sudah terdaftar di 3 exchange yang terdaftar di CoinMarketCap
• Tidak termasuk project MLM/lending/investasi
• Memiliki identitas founder/co-founder yang jelas
• Terdaftar di coinmarketcap.com
• Supply dan sirkulasi aset digital jelas dan bisa dilihat di network blockchain
• Indodax hanya mendukung Ethereum Token, NEO Token, Stellar Token, Achain token, WAVES token. Mainnet merupakan salah satu pertimbangan dari manajemen Indodax
• Pertimbangan internal lainnya oleh manajemen INDODAX
• Project yang ingin mengikuti Community Coin Voting wajib sudah meletakkan nama perusahaan yang terdaftar dan tertera di website sebelum periode voting dimulai.

5. Pendaftaran aset digital bisa dilakukan di website Indodax.com di menu “Community Coin Voting”

SECURITY DEPOSIT

1. Pendaftaran aset digital memerlukan sejumlah security deposit yang bisa ditentukan sendiri oleh member pendaftar.
2. Security deposit berupa token TEN.
3. Security deposit sebagai jaminan project coin/token tersebut akan berjalan lancar setidaknya untuk sampai 1 tahun ke depan. Jika karena sesuatu atau lain hal coin/token yang sudah didaftarkan ternyata bermasalah (contoh: tim bubar, tim meminta untuk delisting, likuiditas kecil, terjadi chain-split, melanggar peraturan, dll), maka security deposit akan dibayarkan kembali kepada member yang masih memiliki coin/token tersebut sesuai dengan perhitungan pro-rata saldo yang dimiliki.
4. Jumlah security deposit bisa ditambahkan hingga 24 jam sebelum periode voting berakhir, namun tidak bisa dikurangi.
5. Jumlah security deposit masing-masing coin/token akan tampil di halaman voting.

COMMUNITY VOTING

1. Member yang bisa melakukan voting adalah member INDODAX yang sudah terverifikasi.
2. Setiap 1 vote yang dikirimkan memerlukan 0.1 TEN yang akan dipotong langsung dari saldo akun member.
3. Tidak ada batas maksimal vote untuk setiap member.
4. Member bisa melakukan vote ke lebih dari 1 coin/token.
5. Setiap vote yang sudah dilakukan adalah final dan tidak bisa dibatalkan.
6. TEN yang terkumpul dari program Community Coin Voting akan disimpan dalam Cold Storage dan tidak digunakan dalam setidaknya 1 tahun setelah periode voting selesai. TEN tersebut akan disimpan pada alamat berikut: 0xd39c74c6a8c2b759a6b855804964a24cab2fa79b

 PENILAIAN

1. Penilaian dihitung berdasarkan jumlah vote dan jumlah security deposit, dengan rumus :
   Score = (jumlah TEN voting * 90%) + (jumlah TEN security deposit * 10%).
   Contoh :
   – coin ABC mendapatkan 1.000.000 vote dan telah memberikan security deposit sebesar 100.000 TEN, maka perhitungan score adalah = (1.000.000 x 0.1 TEN x 90% ) + (100.000 x 10%) = 100.000.

2. Hanya ada 1 pemenang dalam setiap periode
3. Pemenang memerlukan minimal score sebesar 10.000.
4. Pemenang memerlukan minimal 100 orang member lain yang turut memberikan vote.

MODERASI

1. INDODAX akan memoderasi semua pendaftaran aset digital yang masuk yang akan di listing dari hasil Community Coin Voting.
2. INDODAX dapat menolak pendaftaran coin/token yang dianggap melanggar ketentuan secara sepihak.
3. Apabila pendaftaran coin/token ditolak atau tidak jadi dilisting karena alasan apapun untuk pemenang ccv, maka hanya security deposit akan dikembalikan kepada pendaftar.
4. Saldo sejumlah 100 TEN yang sudah dipotong sebagai syarat pendaftaran tidak dapat dikembalikan.
5. INDODAX akan melakukan Due Diligence terhadap pemenang voting untuk identitas manajemen dan perusahaan. Apabila tidak lolos Due Diligence maka tidak akan dilisting. Pemenang akan diberikan kepada pemenang di posisi kedua. Aset digital yang dipakai untuk voting tidak dikembalikan dalam kondisi apapun sekalipun tidak lolos Due Diligence.
6. Pihak manajemen berhak mendiskualifikasi, menggugurkan maupun tidak melanjutkan setiap Project Aset Digital ke round berikutnya atau tidak.
7. Apabila project aset digital yang didaftarkan gagal memenangkan voting pada COMMUNITY COIN VOTING, maka jumlah vote dan security deposit akan disimpan untuk periode berikutnya. Jumlah vote tidak akan hangus saat periode voting berikutnya dimulai. Jika project aset digital yang didaftarkan gagal dalam satu periode, maka project aset digital tersebut dapat mengikuti COMMUNITY COIN VOTING periode selanjutnya apabila disetujui oleh pihak manajemen
8. Setiap keputusan manajemen bersifat final dan tidak wajib memberikan alasan bagi setiap keputusan yang diambil
9. Project yang ingin mengikuti Community Coin Voting wajib sudah meletakkan nama perusahaan yang terdaftar dan tertera di website sebelum periode voting dimulai.

LAIN-LAIN

1. Peraturan yang dibuat untuk Community Coin Voting bisa berubah pada periode selanjutnya.
2. Apabila aset digital yang didaftarkan gagal memenangkan CCV pada periode sebelumnya, skor voting akan dipotong sejumlah 50% pada CCV periode berikutnya. Pemotongan ini mulai berlaku di CCV ke 6 untuk peserta CCV5.  Pemotongan ini mulai berlaku di CCV ke 6 untuk peserta CCV5, dan bertujuan untuk menjaga keadilan bagi peserta baru di periode berikutnya.
3. INDODAX juga dapat mendaftarkan aset digital tanpa melalui mekanisme Community Coin Voting apabila coin/token mememenuhi salah satu dari persyaratan berikut :

• Masuk dalam peringkat 100 besar di coinmarketcap.com
• Pertimbangan internal lainnya oleh manajemen Indodax
• Mohon diperhatikan bahwa semua jenis aset digital di Indodax dapat memiliki kemungkinan untuk didelisted dari Indodax apabila proyeknya terkendala, volume perdagangan kecil, permintaan regulasi Indonesia, maupun pertimbangan manajemen

1. Siapkan detail project aset digital yang ingin di daftarkan seperti logo, deskripsi, whitepaper, team, dsb.
2. Login pada akun Indodax Anda
3.  Pilih menu Community Coin Voting
4. Klik Submit a Coin/Token
5.  Isikan form yang tersedia
6. Klik Submit New Coin/Token

1. Pilih menu Community Coin Voting
2. Klik Vote pada Coin Favoritmu
3. Masukan jumlah vote yang diinginkan
4. Klik Vote

COMMUNITY COIN VOTING PERIOD V RULES:

DIGITAL ASSET REGISTRATION

1. Registration can only be done by verified Indodax member.
2. To register in this program, 100 TEN per digital asset is required and will be deducted from the member’s account balance at the time of digital asset registration.
3. The applicant must guarantee a number of TEN as a security deposit and could determine the amount by themselves.
4. Digital asset which can be registered are:

• Projects which do not violate regulations applied in Indonesia
• Minimum registered at 3 exchanges registered with CoinMarketCap
• Excluding MLM / lending / investment projects
• Must have a vivid and reliable founder / co-founder identity
• Registered on coinmarketcap.com
• The digital asset has definite supply and circulation and can be seen in blockchain network
• We only can support Ethereum Token, NEO Token, Stellar Token, Achain token, WAVES token. Mainnet is subject of consideration by management Indodax.
• Other internal consideration by INDODAX management
• Digital assets must have put the company name registered on its website and company clearly registered before the voting period.

1. Digital Asset registration can be made on Indodax.com website in “Community Coin Voting” menu (after logging in).

SECURITY DEPOSIT

1. Registration of digital asset requires a number of security deposit that can be determined by the member.
2. Security deposit is TEN tokens.
3. Security deposit as guarantee of digital asset project will run well at least for up to 1 year ahead. If for some reason the digital asset on the list is problematic (eg. team has dismissed, team ask for delisting, small liquidity occurs, chain-split, breaking rules, etc.), then the security deposit will be paid back to the members who still have the coin / token in accordance with the pro-rated calculation of balances owned.
4. The amount of security deposit can be added up to 24 hours before the voting period ends, but can not be reduced.
5. The amount of security deposit of each digital asset will appear on the voting page.

COMMUNITY VOTING

1. Voting can only be done by verified Indodax members.
2. Every 1 vote sent requires 0.1 TEN to be deducted directly from voter’s account balance.
3. There is no maximum vote limit for each member.
4. Member can vote to more than 1 digital asset.
5. Every vote that has been done is final and cannot be canceled.
6. TEN collected from the Community Voting program will be saved in cold storage and not be used within at least 1 year after the voting period is over. Collected TEN will be save at the following address: 0xd39c74c6a8c2b759a6b855804964a24cab2fa79b

SCORING

1. Assessment is calculated based on the number of votes and the amount of security deposit, by the formula: Score = (number of TEN voting * 90%) + (number of TEN security deposit * 10%).
Example: – ABC coin gets 1,000,000 votes and has provided a security deposit of 100,000 TEN, then the score calculation is = (1,000,000 x 0.1 TEN x 90%) + (100,000 x 10%) = 100,000.
2. Only 1 winner each voting
3.The winner needs a minimum score of 10,000.
4. The winner needs at least 100 other members who also give vote.

MODERATION

1. INDODAX has the rights to moderate all the incoming digital asset registration.
2. INDODAX can reject digital asset registration which considered unilaterally violate the terms.
3. If the registration is rejected, then the security deposit will be returned to the registrant.
4. The balance of 100 TEN which have been deducted as the requirement of registration is not refundable.
5. INDODAX will conduct Due Diligence on voting winner to make sure on management and company profile. If the winner does not pass Due Diligence, INDODAX will not list it. If this happen, our team will consider the second winner to be listed. Digital asset used for voting will not be returned in any condition even if it does not pass Due Diligence.
6. INDODAX management has the right to disqualify, eliminate or not to proceed each digital asset project to next round.
7. If a digital asset project which registered fail to win on COMMUNITY COIN VOTING, vote amount and security deposit will be kept for the next period. The vote amount will not expire when the next voting period begin. Digital asset which does not win in certain period can join COMMUNITY COIN VOTING next period only if approved by INDODAX management.
8. Every decision made by INDODAX management is final and INDODAX is not obligated to provide reasons for any decisions made.
9. Project that want to join Community Coin Voting must have placed registered company name in their website before the voting period begin.

OTHERS

1. INDODAX may change rules for Community Coin Voting for next period
2.  If registered digital aset fail to win CCV in the previous period, voting score will deducted by 50% on next period. This deduction will applied on CCV period VI for participants from CCV period V. This new rule is made to make sure CCV process fair for new digital assets on the next period.
3. INDODAX may add certain digital asset to marketplace without Community Coin Voting process if coin/token meet on of our requirements below :

• Ranked top 100 in coinmarketcap.com
• Other internal consideration by INDODAX management
• Please note that all type of digital assets in INDODAX have possibilities to be delisted from our marketplace if the project is constrained, has small trading volume, has crash with Indonesian regulations, or management considerations.

How to register digital asset:
1. Please provide details of digital asset project such as logo, description, whitepaper, team, etc
2. Login to your Indodax account
3. Choose Community Coin Voting menu
4. Click Submit a Coin/Token
5. Fill the available form
6. Click Submit New Coin/Token

How to vote digital asset:
1. Choose Community Coin Voting
2. Choose your favorite coin and click Vote
3. Enter the desired number of votes
4. Click vote

Immediately register and support your favorite digital asset in the Community Coin Voting Period V to be registered and traded on the Indodax.com market.

第五轮社区上币投票规定

数字资产注册

1. 注册者需为已认证的INDODAX会员.
2. 每注册一个数字资产需要100TEN币，将从会员账户余额中扣除.
3. 注册人需缴纳TEN币作为保证金, 保证金额自行确定
4. 可注册数字资产需符合以下规则 :
5. 不违反印度尼西亚法规
6. 最少注册在3个被 CoinMarketCap收录的交易所
7. 不是传销/贷款/投资项目
8. 创始人/共同创始人必须有明确的身份
9. 注册在CoinMarketCap
10. 数字资产有确定的供给和流通并在区块链网络中可视
11. 我们仅支持以太坊通证, 小蚁通证, 恒星币通证, Achain 通证, 波币通证。其他主网代币需由Indodax 管理层特别考虑．
12. 其它INDODAX 管理层内部考虑因素．
13. 数字资产的公司名称必须显示在自己的网站，且投票期开始前公司必须合法注册.
14. 通过com 网站注册数字资产，登录后点击 “社区投币投票” 列单 .

保证金

1. 注册数字资产必须缴纳TEN币作为保证金, 保证金额由会员自行确定.
2. 保证金代币为TEN币
3. 保证金是来保证数字资产项目最少在1年运行良好. 如果在一年之内出现问题 (例如, 团队解散、申请除名、公司清盘、链分叉、违反规则等), 保证金将退回给代币/通证会员, 按持有代币比例余额计算。
4. 投票期结束24小时之前保证金可以加, 但不能减少.
5. 每个数字资产的保证金额会在投票页面上显示.

社区投票

1. 投票者需为已认证的INDODAX会员．
2. 每1票需要1 TEN币, 直接从投票者账户余额里扣除．
3. 每位会员均无投票限制．
4. 会员可以投给多个数字资产.
5. 每次投票结局是最终的, 无法取消
6. 所有从社区投票程序收集的TEN币将保存在冷钱包里，投票期结束后至少1年不会使用. 收集的TEN币将保存在以下地址: 0xd39c74c6a8c2b759a6b855804964a24cab2fa79b

得分

1. 根据票数和保证金金额计算分数 = (TEN币票数 x 90%) + (TEN币保证金 x 10%)．

比如: – ABC 代币得到100万票，以及提供了10万TEN币的保证金, 总分 = (100万 x 0.1 TEN币 x 90%) + (10万 x 10%) = 10万
2.每轮投票仅1名获奖者.
3. 获奖者需要至少1万的分数.
4. 获胜者需要至少100不同的投票者.

调节机制

1. 有权利对所有数字资产注册进行适度的调节.
2. 有权拒单方面绝数字资产注册.
3. 如果注册被拒绝, 保证金将退款给注册人.
4. 每次申请余额里扣除100 TEN币，如果申请被拒绝则不会退款.
5. 将对投票获胜者进行尽职调查, 确保管理层和公司可信. 如果获奖者没有通过尽职调查, INDODAX 将不会安排上币. 在此情况下, 我们的团队将考虑安排第二名获胜者上币。即使未通过尽责调查，投票数字资产将不获返还。
6. 管理层有权取消、删除或不通过每一个数字资产项目的下一轮资格。
7. 未获胜的数字资产，投票金额和保证金将保留到下一轮的社区上币投票，下一轮投票期开始前投票金额不会过期。未获胜数字资产参加下一轮社区上币投票需经 INDODAX 管理层提前准提。
8. 管理层拥有最终决定权, 且无义务对任何决定提供理由。
9. 参与投票的项目方公司名称必须在官网显示，且投票期开始之前公司必须合法注册.

其它

1. INDODAX 可能会更改下一轮的社区投币投票规则.
2. 未在上一轮社区上币投票中胜出的数字资产, 下一轮投票分数将扣除50%。扣除额适用于由第四轮社区上币投票到第五轮社区上币投票的申请人。此规则为了确保下一轮社区上币投票过程对新加入数字资产公平公正.
3. 如果代币/通证满足以下要求，INDODAX有可能不通过社区上币投票而上币

• com. 排名在100
• 其它INDODAX 管理层内部考虑
• 需注意如项目受限、交易量很小、违反印尼法规或管理层考虑，INDODAX 里所有的数字资产都有可能被除名。
