Directors and all employees of PT. INDODAX Nasional Indonesia is wishing all INDODAX members who celebrate Eid Mubarak!. On this holy occasion, we want to apologize should there be any service inconvenience experienced by loyal INDODAX members.
Based on the update on Idul Fitri Holidays and the government’s latest decision on the collective leave, we want to inform you about the services that will be affected during the holidays from April 19-25, 2023:
- Rupiah Deposit Transfer using Virtual Account method will be running as usual, except for transfers using RTGS & LLG/SKN that will not be available during the holidays on April 19-25, 2023, in line with the operating time of Bank Indonesia. If the deposits made during the Idul Fitri holidays use RTGS & LLG/SKN, the fund will only be received by the destination account on April 26, 2023.
- Withdrawals of more than Rp50.000.000 during April 19-25, 2023 will be processed on April 26, 2023, meanwhile transactions of less than Rp50.000.000 will run normally.
- Users who made fund transfers using BCA Direct Deposit must include amount of transfer and the name of the sender matches those registered in the INDODAX account. If the users use another bank account, the refund process cannot be carried out on April 21-24, 2023, the refund will only be processed on April 25, 2023.
