Hello INDODAX Members,
In regards to the changes to Virtual Account (VA) deposit methods of the BCA, BRI, and Bank Mandiri, INDODAX will carry out deposit method update specifically for the virtual account deposit activities of the aforementioned banks on Tuesday, December 27th, 2022, from 6 AM to 12 PM (UTC+7).
The deposit method update process will not affect other banks’ virtual account deposit activities, e-wallet, and other deposit method options. INDODAX mobile app and website can be accessed as usual and INDODAX Members can still invest #AsetMasaDepan normally.
Some things that INDODAX Members must keep in mind in deposit method update process are as follows:
Virtual Account (VA) Mandiri
- Deposit method with Mandiri Virtual Account (VA) is currently available.
Virtual Account (VA) BCA and BRI
- BRI Virtual Account (VA) is currently available.
- BCA Virtual Account (VA) is currently unavailable until further announcements.
- BCA and BRI Virtual Account (VA) numbers will change once the deposit method update is finished. INDODAX Members can generate and use the new Virtual Account (VA) numbers when doing the deposit process.
- Deposit process using the old Virtual Account (VA) numbers will not be processed.
Below are steps to generate the new Virtual Account (VA) numbers on INDODAX website:
- Login to your INDODAX account
- Click “Wallet”
- Click “Deposit” on Rupiah column
- Click the Virtual Account (VA) you wish to generate (BCA, BRI, or Mandiri)
- After clicking one of the Virtual Accounts (VA), it means INDODAX Members have successfully generated a new Virtual Account (VA) number
INDODAX urges all INDODAX Members to pay close attention to the time of the deposit method update and adjust your #AsetMasaDepan deposit activities accordingly. Moreover, don’t forget to do your own research (DYOR) before investing in #AsetMasaDepan!
In addition, the deposit method update process can take longer than expected. However, worry not! During the deposit method update process, INDODAX Members’ #AsetMasaDepan will always be stored in your INDODAX wallet safely.
