Hello INDODAX Members,
We hereby inform you that INDODAX will be rebranding and migrating its Fantom (FTM) token to Sonic (S) in line with the official evolution of the Fantom ecosystem (by Sonic Labs), which launched the Sonic mainnet network and introduced S as the primary utility and governance token.
Here are some things INDODAX members should note regarding the ticker change from Fantom (FTM) to Sonic (S):
- Fantom (FTM) will be rebranding and migrating to Sonic (S).
- All Fantom (FTM) token deposits and withdrawals have been closed effective Monday, August 18th, 2025.
- Fantom (FTM) token trading will cease on November 21st, 2025, at 2 PM (UTC+7).
- Sonic (S) deposits and withdrawals will commence on Thursday, November 27th, 2025, at 2 PM (UTC+7).
- Sonic (S) token trading will begin on Friday, November 28th, 2025, at 2 PM (UTC+7).
- The Fantom (FTM) to Sonic (S) conversion ratio is 1:1, meaning every 1 FTM token converted will become 1 S token.
- The old trading pair (FTM/IDR) will be closed and replaced with the new pair, S/IDR.
- Members’ FTM balances in their Indodax wallets will automatically change to S balances after the migration is complete.
- For Deposit/Withdrawal Users:
A. The old FTM wallet address will no longer be valid.
B. Users must use the new Sonic (S) wallet address for deposits after the migration. - Fantom (FTM) deposits made after Monday, August 18th, 2025, will not be processed for migration and will be refunded.
