Redenomination of NEOIDR

Hello INDODAX Members,

We hereby inform you that INDODAX will be redenominating its NEOIDR crypto asset.

This redenomination aims to simplify the token units in the system without affecting the total value of users’ assets. During this redenomination process, a temporary market closure will be implemented.

Here are some things INDODAX members should note:

1. The market for NEOIDR crypto assets will be temporarily closed on Wednesday, October 1st 2025, 2025, at 2 PM (UTC +7).
2. Deposits and withdrawals for NEOIDR crypto assets will reopen on Friday, October 10th 2025, at 9 AM (UTC +7).
3. Trading for NEOIDR crypto assets will reopen on Friday, October 10th 2025, at 2 PM (UTC +7).
4. The NEOIDR crypto assets redenomination process will be carried out with a conversion ratio 1000:1.

Don’t worry, INDODAX will handle this redenomination period, so you don’t need to worry about losing your assets during the process.
